Year Photos / Jaar fotos 2022
This year we have decided to add the Contact Sheets of all the year photos that we have taken, on the website. We trust that you can have a beter look at the photos, and that it’s available to everyone.
Die fotos kan nie afgelaai word in digitale formaat nie, maar dit is slegs beskikbaar sodat julle vanaf die bladsy jou fotos kan kies. Gebruik asb die nommer onder jou kind se foto op die bestelvorm.
Order Forms
Order forms will be handed out at the Kiddies Heaven Creches to all the kids. Order forms can also be downloaded here. Order forms can only be handed in at the Creche, and not by email or Whatsapp, with the money in a sealed envelope. All order forms must be handed in on or before the 14th of June. No orders will be accepted thereafter.
How to complete the order form?
The order form is self explanatory.
On top please fill in your kids Name and Surname as well as your Cell Phone number.
On the left, Package 1 , consists of 3 x Jumbo (10 x 15cm) prints. Write the photo numbers of the jumbo print that you want next to the “J”.
Package 2 consists of 2 x Jumbo prints and 1 x A5 (15 x 20cm) print. Again write the numbers of the photos that you want next to the “J” and the “A5”.
Package 3 consists od 2 x Jumbo prints, 1 x A5 print and 1 x A4 (20 x 30cm) print.
A4 Stretched Canvas print: Write the number of the photo that you wanted te be printed on the canvas. The same for the A3 puzzle, Mug, Mousepad and Keyring.
On the righthand column you put the amounts and add them up at the bottom for the total amount .
Remember to hand the envelope with the money as well as the completed order form in at Kiddies Heaven.
